The NW Networking Group is a Vancouver, Washington based consulting firm specializing in providing global support for networking community development efforts.  We help organizations build their relationships with those who depend upon their services--and those the organization depends upon for success--creating an integrated network that builds a better community.

 

Our business plan emphasizes public/private sector partnerships designed to leverage the strengths between businesses, government, nonprofit community service and Faith-based organizations in a way that overcomes their inherent limitations.  Our primary support outcome is focused on instituting community-based initiatives that are economically viable, socially equitable and ecologically sustainable.

The firm currently focuses efforts in four arenas:

• Developing community-based system improvements that mobilize informal and nontraditional resources to leverage existing investments--thereby significantly expanding organizational capacity;

• Designing transformation of community service delivery institutions (education, healthcare, human services) that capitalize on strategic alliances with naturally-vested partners--ultimately supporting the quality of the family unit;

• Creating community-wide incentives for sustainable community development that furthers the target organization's mission and aligns its contributions with broader community interests;

• Facilitating and integrating diagonal leadership development with public and private sector, faith-based and community service organizations to assure declared vision fulfillment and achievement of individual's designed and newly discovered purposes.

 

Support investments are designed to expand capacity through step-change improvement of organizational capabilities, expanding access to and utilization of core competancies and instituting performance measurement systems to track investments and measure results.
